Use a mobile power supply to provide emergency power, then enter your password to unlock.
This may indicate that the battery is dead. You can use a mobile power supply for emergency power, enter the password to unlock, and then replace the three batteries with fresh alkaline ones.
First, check if the lock is out of power. Use a mobile power supply to test it. If it works normally, then the battery needs to be replaced. If there's still no response when using the mobile power supply to input your password, the panel may be damaged. If a U-KEY is set, you can use it to try unlocking.
Possible reasons: Using non-alkaline batteries, using batteries that are not new, or mistakenly installing the batteries backward, which might damage electronic components.
Solution: Install three new alkaline batteries. If the circuit is damaged from reverse installation, you'll need to purchase a new lock.
If the lock beeps after entering the password and doesn't operate, it may mean the battery is dead. After the beeping stops, use a mobile power supply for emergency power and enter the password again. Don't forget to replace the three batteries with new alkaline ones
This may mean the battery power is too low. You will need to replace it with three new alkaline batteries.
This could mean that your user password has been changed or reset. Please ask the administrator to open the door and reset your user password.
If the lock beeps and flashes the red light after entering the administrator password, it may mean that the password has been changed. Confirm the correct password or contact the dealer or original factory for assistance in unlocking.
After three incorrect attempts, the lock will sound an alarm and stop operating for 30 seconds. Once the alarm ends, you can use the lock normally again.
If you set a U-KEY, you can try using it to unlock. Otherwise, contact your dealer or the original factory for help.
This may happen if you use the manual locking mode or often use the administrator password to unlock. Avoid using the administrator password frequently, as it can reset the user password.
This is likely because the administrator password was used. Remember, the administrator password is meant for emergencies. After using it, the user password will reset and the lock will automatically lock.
